The Ella Acrylic Walk-in Tubs are constructed using a durable acrylic sheet, featuring a white gloss finish that is non-porous and resistant to mold and mildew. The tub's structure is reinforced by a rust-proof, stainless steel frame with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. Additionally, the frame includes adjustable leveling legs for a sturdy installation.
The U-Shape Outward Swing Door on Ella's Capri Walk-In Tubs is constructed with durable industrial-grade plastic composite material and features a decorative tempered glass front screen that conceals the mechanical door lock system. This design allows for easy access upon entering and exiting, as well as providing additional interior space for bathers to comfortably sit and securely lock the door. Unlike our competition, which typically uses a single latch/lever system, Ella uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock for a more secure and watertight door seal, ensuring a safe and leak-free bathing experience.
The Ella Capri walk-in bathtub features the innovative Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) featuring two 2” gravity-driven drains and four 2” outlets with 2 overflows and 2 openers for reliable and speedy drainage. For optimal efficiency, it is recommended to connect all four ports and to a standard 2” house drain using a T or Y fitting and professional plumbing expertise. Homeowners or licensed plumbers can also choose to use two caps to cover up to two of the four ports, but this may affect drainage speed.
Ella's Bubbles Capri walk-in bathtub (29.5"W x 52"L) features a unique drain system that allows for efficient and fast drainage. Despite being connected to a 1 ½" house drain using a T or Y fitting, the tub's 2 overflows create a vent system that pushes out air and prevents bubbling. This results in the industry's fastest gravity-driven drain, with an average drainage time of 50 seconds to a few minutes, depending on the tub size, house drain condition, and setup. Our dealers have evaluated and confirmed the exceptional performance of this drainage system.
The Capri also includes one (1) reversible end panel for left or right corner installation option and one (1) extension panel kit for a 60” alcove installation. These panels cover the end of the tub to give your bathtub a completed look. Additional panels can be ordered in the case your tub will be installed to the wall as free standing.
We provide a limited lifetime warranty, of free replacement parts for the lifetime of the original customer living at the address of installation. This warranty is non-transferable to other customers or locations. Shipping costs and the labor of replacement(s) are not included.
