Simply, choose which of the three arc sizes you require, then insert it into the Spine Corrector base to achieve either a low, mid or high arc. Enables the user to stretch and strengthen the abdominal and back. Additionally a multitude of exercises can be performed to stabilize, stretch and strengthen the shoulders, hip flexors, pelvic-lumbar region, hip abductors and hamstrings.
