The innovative drop-down window with its extra-wide window sill and covered porch makes a nice open-air bar seating area. Pick the larger 10ft wide ClubHouse which offers you a larger covered porch and a porch wall consisting of one slide-down window, Dutch door, and one blank wall. Add more bar seating areas by replacing the blank wall with another drop-down window. The two functional windows on the ridge wall offer enough light and airflow to make the ClubHouse a perfect place to curl up on a sunny afternoon for some peace and quiet or with a good book.

CedarShed kits come panelized, making it quick and easy to assemble.

Sizes - You can personally choose between our 6 prefab sizes namely: 8'x 12', 8'x16', 10'x12', 10'x14', 10'x16' and 10'x20'

Western Red Cedar - An environmentally friendly 100% Western Red Cedar that is extremely long-lasting cedar. You don't have to worry about any termites because cedar is simply insect resistant.

Wall - Worry no more for you can have as much space as you want with our pre-built 6 feet wall panels would be more than enough to store all of the things that you currently have.

Door - You can easily secure your dutch door that has a dimension of W 36" x H 71" by having a deadbolt on the top portion of the door and a locking doorknob or door lever on the bottom portion. You can also add a surface bolt on the interior of the top door as well as a flush bolt for a double Dutch door.

Roof - Thinking about your roof? No need to exert effort on making a roof because it is already with a cedar-shingled roof panel. (optional)

Floor - How awesome it is to have an environmentally friendly plywood floor with a 2x4 cedar floor joist.

Windows - We would include a 2 awning window.

Assembly Package -  You don't have to figure everything out because we already did that for you. Our package has already every hardware assembly and plan for you together with an instruction manual to help you efficiently assemble everything.
