The 48,000 BTU, ES-48Z-M5B has the capacity to support up to 5 air handlers, with a maximum of 1.25 times the condenser's BTU rating, or 60,000 BTU across all air handlers. This intelligent, inverter condenser constantly adjusts itself to provide the perfect amount of heating or cooling to maintain your desired temperature in each room or zone. You have the option to set different temperatures for each room and even turn off heating and cooling in unused areas. Plus, with an impressive 23.4 SEER2 efficiency rating, this system is designed to save you money from the start and throughout its lifespan..
